Customised Reporting

TAD works very closely with employers to establish the relevant data and reporting types important to your business. We develop appropriate reporting measures and frequencies.

We have extensive experience in working with and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with many clients, spanning a diverse range of industries. This not only measures our service levels, but is used as a reference to discuss operational issues for both parties at regular operation review meetings.

Our ability to track and measure agreed KPI’s is supported by advanced technology systems including: integrated databases, PeopleSoft reporting system, billing software and OHS and candidate skills assessment program Xpert.

Electronic Timesheets and Invoicing

TAD offers on-line timesheeting and invoicing through WebTime, an internet based timesheet entry, approval and reporting system, integrated with our front of office and back of house systems to optimise processing time.

Designed with efficiency and speed in mind, it streamlines the recording, lodgement and approval of timesheets for the benefit of both employers and contractors. WebTime offers a complete suite of products including timesheet entry and authorisation, on-line ordering, multi-level provisional invoices for employers and provisional payments for contractors.

WebTime can be used from any personal computer with internet access and requires no special software other than a standard web-browser.
